    The 2024 Pumpkin Dash 5K, will be held on Saturday, October 26th, at 9:00 AM—rain or shine—along the picturesque banks of the Susquehanna river, beginning at 700 Front Street, Isle of Que (near the boat launch). This timed race will take place on a flat, paved, shady loop course—perfect for both runners and walkers.


    Prizes and medals will be awarded to top finishers in the following age groups: 15 and under, 16 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and older. In addition, overall female and male race winners will win a 2025 Season Pool Pass.


    Register for he early-bird rate of $30, before October 23rd, or $35 on race day. Register by October 1st to receive a race t-shirt and goodie bag.
