The ORRC Turkey Trot at the Oregon Zoo is a multi-generational family event. Runners and walkers of all abilities love the 5K, untimed out-and-back course. The event starts at The Oregon Zoo, goes out toward the International Rose Garden, then finishes inside The Oregon Zoo at the Elephant Plaza. The Tot Trot (children 0- 4 years old) and the Gobbel Gallop (for children between 5 and 10 years old) events follow the 5K.
Every entrant in the 5K and kids events receive an awesome beanie hat and chocolate turkey. Event shirts are an optional purchase, but the deadline to request a shirt is November 1, 2024.
PLEASE NOTE: The event is capped at 2,500 participants! And there is no day of race registration. Register early to ensure your entry!
Approximately $25,000 of registration fees benefit The Oregon Zoo.
