This indoor triathlon is based on distance covered over a set time.  The total endurance event lasts for 105 minutes including the transition times, 30 -minute swim in 25- meter lap pool, 10-min transition, 30 -minute ride on spin bike or trainer (provided and set up by participant), 5 -minute transition, 30 -minute run on treadmill.  We welcome all ability levels!  Participants will be put into 12-person waves 10 minutes apart.

Age Divisions - based on day of event age

Male/Female:  (17 & under) (18-30) (31-45) (50 & over)

Awards:  Prize for overall winners (male/female) and for winner in each age division 

Giveaways:  Swim cap for each participant.  Short sleeve race shirt available for additional purchase of $15 (must be ordered by February 9, 2024)
