The F5 Endurance Race is a 5 hour trail run Saturday and 5 hour mountain bike race Sunday located in Medicine Park, OK on November 11-12, 2023. You can run, ride or do both. If 5 hours is too long, put together a two person team. Teams will trade off completing loops however they choose in the same event or together in both events(The Double). The race is held on the ~1.7 Fish Trail. Complete as many loops as you can in 5 hours. Start and stop at any time during the race. This is a self-supported race because that's the way we like it. Bring your own water, food, fizzy drink, sugar drink, cold pop, oreos, bananas, quesadillas, pizza, whatever, and gear. There will be plenty of food and beverages for sale at the Healthy Hippie Cafe as well. THIS COURSE HAS SECTIONS THAT ARE ROCKY AND TECHNICAL. Please be prepared!  Lap timing will be provided by Oklahoma Outside Events. Awards are given to all top overall placers in men's and women's categories. This is a fund raiser for the Medicine Park trail system with all proceeds going to trail maintenance after race expenses are covered.
