    She Tris Hamlin takes place in a beautiful north Mt. Pleasant neighborhood with gorgeous marsh views and stunning homes. 

    SWIM:
    The swim is a 250 meter pool swim in the Hamlin Plantation Club pool. Participants start at one side of the pool and snake their way up and down each lane as they work towards the other side of the pool. You will be provided with a swim cap if you choose to wear it.
    BIKE:
    The bike course is a two loop 8 mile route through the beautiful Hamlin Plantation neighborhood. Participants will catch glimpses of the surrounding marsh lands, views of luxurious waterfront coastal Carolina style homes, all with a backdrop of palmetto trees and grand oak trees. The roads are open to traffic – but traffic is usually fairly light.
    RUN:
    The 2.5 mile run course is an out and back-through the Hamlin Plantation Community along the tree-lined paths. The course is partially shaded and completely flat.

    VIRTUAL OPTION
    Complete the distance anywhere anytime on August 20th.  Virtual participants can upload their times, but they will not be included in awards.  A finisher certificate will be available for download. All virtual participants may choose to pickup their packets locally or they will be mailed in early August.  Times should be submitted before 11:59 pm on August 20th.

    Triathlon- 250 meter swim, 8 mile bike, and a 2.5 mile run.
