    What: A Mindful Triathlon - Meditation, Run, Yoga

    Order of Events: Meditation (5-10 minutes), 5K Run/Walk, Yoga (1 hour)
    Cost: $45; $50 on Race Day 9/22/22
    Award Categories: 5K 1st, 2nd & 3rd overall; 1st Masters; under 14, 15-19, 10-year age groups up to 60+; Male / Female in all categories
    T-Shirt: Must register by September 15th to be guaranteed a shirt.
    Description: A Mindfulness Tri in partnership with Riverflow Yoga and Wellness. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Chattahoochee River Conservancy. Yoga class will be taught by Alee Link, E-RYT500. Running and yoga vendors will be present for in between the 5K and yoga class. Please bring your own mat!
    Bib Pick Up and Mat Set Down: Beginning at 4:30 pm on Sept 22, 2022 at Woodruff Park

    Shirt and SWAG Bag will be given out after the yoga class.
