    The New York Cancer & Blood Specialists Women's Whisper Tri is the only all-women triathlon on Long Island and part of the USA Triathlon Women's Series. USA Triathlon supports women’s races across the country that give female athletes, beginner to advanced, a space to celebrate and engage with other women in the multisport community. The Women’s Series spans the multisport season and features women’s-focused events across the country.

    The New York Cancer & Blood Specialists Women's Whisper Trip is the perfect introduction for those new to the sport, as well as the seasoned athlete looking for an early-season tune-up. Featuring Adult, High School, and Youth events.

    ADULT, MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL Distances

    • 400m pool swim in the FREEDOM Pool
    • 6-mile bike on CLOSED ROADS
    • 2-mile run through beautiful Eisenhower Park

    YOUTH Distances

    • 100m pool swim in the FREEDOM Pool
    • 2-mile bike on CLOSED ROADS
    • .6-mile run through beautiful Eisenhower Park.
