    TriFAHL is one of the area's only triathlons. This is a short distance triathlon for men and women of all athletic abilities that provides the opportunity to "Tri for a Healthy Life" in a low-key and supportive environment. First-timers and experienced racers are all welcome! You can race as an individual or a team.

    The event begins with a 150 Yard swim at the Truman State University Natatorium, followed by a 9 mile bike ride that is two loops on the city streets in Kirksville and ends with a 2 mile run on mostly sidewalks through and around the edge of campus.

    Register BY April  7th-$45 (will receive shirt at race). Register AFTER April 7th-$55 (shirt will not be available on race day and will have to be picked up from Warehouse 660 at a later date). REGISTRATION CLOSES ON APRIL 28th.
