    The Mount Vernon Park (MVP) race is BACK!. It is the last race of our season and a great way to kick off the school year. The swim will be in the MVP pool followed by a double out and back bike course. The run course is a fairly flat u-shaped out and back.

For the love of all that is good and moisture wicking...
