    May is Mental Health Awareness Month. One in four adults will be diagnosed with a mental illness during their lifetime. MyMichigan Medical Center Sault is hosting its tenth annual Mental Health Mile and 5K to raise awareness and support  for people living with mental illness in our community. The 5k will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 9:00am at MyMichigan Medical Center-Sault's main campus. Registration will begin at 8:30am. The 5K is $25 prior to 5/17/2023 (Includes t-shirt). The cost will increase to $30 after 5/17/2023 (T-shirt not guaranteed). 

    The one mile walk to raise awareness is: FREE and will begin at 10:30am. There will be an area for a bounce house (weather permitting) and other fun activities for families to enjoy. This area will be open until 2:00pm.
