    A Race Like No Other

Come to Central Kentucky for a marathon like you've never seen. Grab a team and run the Quarter Horse Marathon Relay at White Hall Park near Richmond, KY.

Our 7th Annual Quarter Horse will take place on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 8:00am.  We'll run on a private, paved loop course through the scenic grounds of White Hall Park in the Richmond, KY area (Madison County)

We've got everything... great food, finisher's medals (First 250 registered), great music and a fun unique event.  Your registration fee will include a commemorative performance hoodie (Men's & Women's Sizes).  Our Quarter Horse Tent City is a blast with each team having the opportunity to setup a team tent to hang out and cheer on your teammates.

NOTE ABOUT SIZING ON WOMEN'S HOODIES -- We recommend that those who select a women's sized/cut hoodie "Size Up" by one size over what you would normally order in a tech/performance shirt.  This allows for a better fit and the option to have an underlayer.

Our race benefits Kentucky CancerLink whose mission is to reduce and/or eliminate barriers to screening, diagnosis and treatment of cancer.

26.2 miles, 16 laps and teams of 4! Register today.

Sign Up Note:  Team members can register individually.  The first team member to register needs to create a TEAM NAME then as others on the team who register after him/her just need select that team name from those in the dropdown menu.  Prices listed are per person.

PACKET PICKUP  Our packet pickup will be held on Friday, March 29th from 4-7pm at White Hall Park.  We ask that one person pickup the packet for all members of your team and that if you want to have a tent in our "Tent City" that you bring it on Friday.  This will allow us to stage these in anticipation for Saturday's race.  There is also race day packet pickup from 6:45-7:45am at the pavilion at White Hall.

This race is built for teams of 4 (although we have categories for solo, 2 person teams and 5+ person teams).  Each team member (Team of 4) will run four legs of approximately 1.635 miles then hand-off a baton to their teammate... then cheer on your team until you run again.  There will be a total of 16 legs. Teams are organized in the following categories.  Be sure to create your team in the correct category (these are also the categories for awards):  Awards will be provided to the Top Team in each category.  Top 3 teams in the 3/5-8 team division will receive awards since there are so many teams in this division.

For competitive teams receiving official race times we will have a 6-hour time limit (8am-2pm). Slower teams or walkers can finish later than 2pm but you will not be eligible for awards.
