Benefitting Prevent Child Abuse America and Wellspring Living
On Saturday, October 14, 2023, Kappa Delta Sorority at Kennesaw State University Eta Omega will host its 12th Annual Shamrock 5K to raise money for Wellspring Living in Atlanta and Prevent Child Abuse America. Twenty percent of the proceeds will go towards our national philanthropy Prevent Child Abuse America. Prevent Child Abuse America has the mission to prevent child abuse and neglect in our nation’s children by providing services and programs that focus on an array of steps that will lead to a child growing and developing in a healthy successful way. The remaining eighty percent of the proceeds will go towards our local philanthropy: Wellspring Living. Wellspring Living has a mission to transform the lives of those who are at risk or victimized by sexual exploitation. Wellspring Living serves sex-trafficking survivors and victims of childhood sexual abuse and exploitation through community-based programs that give girls and young women the chance to transform their lives and gain the opportunity to live and dream again. Eta Omega needs your help in making this year's Shamrock 5k a great success again! We cannot wait to see you this year!
