This 5K, which is hosted by The Hidden Opponent Arcadia, is intended to raise awareness for suicide prevention. This race will be a symbol of the community coming together for one common goal: mental health awareness. This will be the 2nd annual Ig-Knight the Hope 5K.

This course will take place at Arcadia University and it is a loop that will be run twice. There will be 2 water stations throughout the path as well. Following the event, there will be music, guest speakers, food, and awards in the central area which is the Harbor Green.
