    The 2nd annual Taps and Trails 5K and Community Mile is happening on Thursday, October 5, 2023.  All ages can join in the 5K or Community Mile.

    If you are 21 or older, you may purchase a ticket to Taps + Trails an annual fall fundraiser for Indian Trails Camp. At Taps + Trails, you’ll sample a wide variety of beers, hard ciders and seltzers, and fantastic food prepared by IKUS's own Chef Scott.  Beverage partners include Lost Art Brewhouse, Trail Point Brewing, Sierra Rose, Long Drink and more. Spend the evening strolling through the beautiful grounds of Indian Trails Camp, learning about the programs and services offered there while enjoying food, beverages and even some live music!

    Partners in this event: the City of Grand Rapids, IKUS Life Enrichment Services/Indian Trails Camp and Epic Race Timing promise to bring you a unique event on Thursday night, October 5th.  Parking will be located at O-1859 Lake Michigan Dr. NW, in the lot of the Kate Pew Wolters building.  The Community Mile will be a free event starting at 6:00pm.  There is a fee for the 5k, a race t-shirt and awards.

    Categories are as follows, M/F: Top 1, Ages 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+.  

    Top 1 in each category get a sweet prize!
