packet pick up will be on race morning at the race site, bring your own swim cap.

Duathlon 1-mile run, 10-mile bike, 3-mile run

Aquabike 1/4 mile swim, 10-mile bike.

 If you are a first timer, don't worry we are layback.
If you are a super competitive veterans, please know the course, the swim is simple the bike is simple, the run is wacky but fun.
You will have to cross the road at the traffic light, the police department will activate the light but may stop traffic. BE CAREFULL!!!!
you will go on sidewalk over the bridge, on the other side you will turn left and go under the bridge.
you will follow the side walk into the park, mangroves, wooden bridge,(shade). until the end of the trail, (water) turn around and come back the same way. 

6 am Packet pick up on race morning (small race no worries)
Bring your own swim cap or don't wear one.
Bring you own water bottle for the run, you will have a water station at the bottom of the bridge you will hit twice, 
Bibs, ankle chip, pins at packet pick up. 

Transition is an open rack set up, the best way to set your bike is 8 per rack, opposite of each other, see picture below.
