    Join us on August 27th right outside of Springfield, MO for a refreshing swim, scenic country road bike, and a run on the historic Frisco Highline Trail.

    • Refreshing Swim - 300yd Pool Swim
    • Scenic Rolling Bike - 12 miles
    • Rails to Trails Run - 3.1 miles on paved trail
    • Optional Slip 'N Slide Finish!
