The 5K course will be run in Olander Park (3ish loops).  The finish/start line will be located at the Nederhouser Community Hall where the post race club meeting will be held. This year we will be back to the usual feeding frenzy meal and refreshments!

The run will be time graded with a staggered start. Slower runners will start first followed by faster runners grouped according to previous times. Theoretically, runners will finish at approximately the same time. Each runner will be required to state their best 5K time from the preceding 2 years (approximately May 2021 through May 2023). In the event you haven’t raced a 5K in the last year, figure out a pace from a previous race at any distance and convert using a standard race time conversion chart. The clock will start at 6:30 around 48 minutes and count down. Planning to run in 26 minutes?  Start at 26:00!  Planning to run in 19 minutes?  Start at 19:00! There will be no age group or sex division awards. This is a fun run. Come for the Frantic Finish!

Price for TRRC members is $10.00.  Price for non-members is $17.00.  Additional $2.00 discount per participant for families of three or more.  Discounts are taken during payment.

Race day entry will be available until 10:00am on May 14th. All entries must be done through RunSignup.  No entries, cash, or checks will accepted that evening.
