BOGUS CANCELLED

It is with great sadness that the 2022 Bogus Marathon and Half is being cancelled.

From its inception, Runtastic Events was stoked about the potential of the Bogus Marathon and Half. The course is fast and beautiful, giving runners an amazing opportunity to run down Bogus Basin Road, along the Boise River, and have an amazing finish at Julia Davis Park.

As with all of Runtastic's events, we are committed to creating amazing experiences for our runners from start to the finish. Working on the logistics, permits, and contracts to make this race possible this year, roadblock after roadblock was hit. Usually these roadblocks are mere hurdles that Runtastic is used to and adept at solving. Unfortunately additional issues arose making it impossible for us to give you the experience you deserve and that we expect to provide. This comes after 8 months of planning for the event.

Some of these roadblocks have come because of city and county regulations, others due to current staffing shortages with contracted vendors needed for the event.

We will be providing full refunds for all registrations.

We understand this will cause inconveniences to many who have already made plans and have been training for this event. Please check your email for more information regarding the cancellation.
