RAWR! Your favorite midweek sprint triathlon series is back for more fun in 2024! All Triathlons and Duathlons start at 6PM. Sprint triathlon distances are .5 mile swim, 12.4 mile bike and 5K run. Duathlon distances are 1.5 mile run, 12.4 mile bike and 5K run. All finisher's receive a custom medal, finish food and are awards eligibile.

Optional Add-ons! In an attempt to create a more sustainable event and continue to offer affordable races while prices are on the rise, the race shirt will be optional. You may also add on a T-Rex Tri Series visor!

A friendly course at Island Lake Recreation Area in Brighton, MI. Kent Lake swim, paved park road bike course, paved path run course and lots of prehistoric creatures along the way!
Four races on the same course offers a great way to track of your progress and fitness levels as the season goes on!
