This event serves to bring awareness about the mental health struggles we all face and how we must strive to help each other through dark times. This year, the Community Youth Foundation has chosen to share proceeds raised with The Muskingum County Suicide Prevention Coalition. We give everyone the opportunity to come out and let yourself and others know that despite any obstacles you face, you have worth and you matter!WHEN / WHERESunday, May 5th, 2024The Collegial Woods Trail is located on the Ohio University Zanesville and Zane State College campus.RACE COURSEParticipants will enjoy the tree lined jogging trail and the beauty of the campus.STARTING TIMESunday, May 5th @ 12 p.m.Welcoming Ceremony at 11:45 a.m.AWARDS5k Race - This is a Timed Competitive Event Participants will be eligible for Overall and Age group awards.Awards will be issued to the Top Three Overall Finishers and male/female in each of the following age categories: 14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ Walkers are welcome!5k Fun Run/Walk - Non-timed event not eligible for awards. Those wishing to be eligible for Awards should sign up for 5k Race.RACE RESULTSResults will be published Live at the top of this page.RACE PACKETS & FINISHLINE PERKSYour Race packet will include a race shirt, and finish line food and beverage. Early sign up is encouraged as this allows the race director to prepare for the number of participants and ensures shirt availability to all. Extra T-shirts will be first come first serve on race day.PAPER REGISTRATIONPrint a mail-in Paper Registration form HEREENTRY FEES: Add $5.00 to your entry for Late and Race Day registration. Register prior to April 19 - $25After April 20 till Race Day - $30Proceeds will benefit the Community Youth Foundation and this year’s organization, The Muskingum County Suicide Prevention Coalition.***NOTE***:
