     At the close of the Battle of Cowpens in 1781, two American officers—confident in victory—raced for the ultimate prize, a British three-pounder cannon, called the “Grasshopper”.

    Bib numbers and shirts can be picked up morning of the race or Friday Jan 5th from 5-7pm at Gotta Run Spartanburg. 

    Race will start at 8:30am on Jan 27th 

    No Race Day Sign Up 

    Early packet pick up- Friday Jan 26th 5pm-7pm at Gotta Run Spartanburg

    Race day packet pick up- Saturday Jan 27h 7:00am- 8:15am at Cowpens Battlefield Office parking lot 

    Shirts are  not guaranteed  after Jan 17th

    The course is a single loop course on the paved road at Cowpens Battlefield.

    Age group awards:

    14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44,

    45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over
