Tri again in 2024 with our 2nd annual hybrid indoor/outdoor Triathlon! 

Is a Triathlon on your bucket list for 2024? The JCC in Bridgewater is pleased to announce our 2nd annual hybrid indoor/outdoor Triathlon on April 14th, 2024! This event will provide participants with a fun environment to test their swimming, biking, and running skills as well as to enjoy our local active community. Participants will swim as many lengths of the pool over a 10-minute period of time in our bubble pool. From there you will transition to our Keiser spin bikes outside where you will ride for 30 minutes. Once off the bike, participants transition to our USATF certified 5K course. Total distance traveled determines your ranking overall! 

Looking to race as a team? We are offering a three person relay option which will allow you and two others to individually complete a leg of the triathlon.

Super Sprint anyone? We are offering a Super Sprint option! This option includes a 5-minute swim, 15-minute bike, and 1.5 mile run. We are also offering a Super Sprint relay option! 

No team, no problem! Join as an individual for a relay and we will pair you with two other relay teammates! Indicate on your registration which leg of the relay (swim, bike, run) you would like to do and let us do the rest!

All are welcome! We welcome participants of any age, skill, or ability level. Our friends in the special needs community are also welcome to join us in the pool, on a bike, or on the 5K course. We can't wait to cheer you all on as we foster a community of inclusion!

General Information: Waves will begin at 7:30 AM and will continue every half hour until 1:30 PM. Registration for Wave 1 opens at 6:45 AM. Registration for each wave will start 45 mins prior to start time. Awards will be given to the top male and female participants in the individual Sprint, Sprint relay, Super Sprint, and Super Sprint relay.

What to bring on race day (recommended): goggles, swim cap, swim suit, towel, easy-on athletic clothes, athletic shoes, socks, small bag, water bottle.

Register before April 1st to be guaranteed a swag bag! 

Packet pickup will take place April 12th at the JCC allowing participants to tour the facility and areas where the Triathlon will take place, and have any questions answered.
