The 2nd annual Run the College 5k on the UACCB campus will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 8 am. UACCB’s mission is to provide quality educational opportunities within a supportive learning environment.  We promote success through community partnerships, responsive programs, and an enduring commitment to improvement.
 
The race begins and ends on the east side of Independence Hall.  All proceeds will go to the UACCB Foundation Student Emergency Fund.  The Student Emergency Fund is used to help students who are in an emergency financial situation. This fund has helped numerous students through a financial challenge, allowing them to stay in school and meet their needs.
 
Packet pickup will be in Independence Hall on Friday, Oct 27, 5-7 pm, and on race morning 7-7:45 am.  The race, three loops of the campus, starts at 8 am on the east side of Independence Hall.  Awards will go to the top 3 overall male and female winners, plus a finisher’s medal for all who complete the 5k. In the spirit of the season, feel free to run in your Halloween costume for some added fun and additional prizes.  Come on out to the beautiful UACCB campus, and Run the College!
